Is there anything sweeter … than a Daddy-Daughter dance? I really can’t think of a thing. Tonight Elliot took the girls to a Sweetheart dance in our neighborhood, for daddies and their daughters. The girls got to dress up in their prettiest party dresses, and I did their hair for them. Of course I made them pose for pictures before they could leave. =) They were both so excited about the dance, especially Anna who was so excited this afternoon she could barely contain it. They had such a good time! The girls came home bubbling with enthusiasm, talking all at once. Each girl got to take home a balloon and a red carnation. Everyone brought yummy treats to share, so you can imagine the sugar high here tonight! Elliot said all of the girls danced all night, although more with the other girls than with their daddies! Apparently the dance was just the right mix of light hearted fun and upbeat dancing tunes. =)
