Remember, there will be a different 2011 Spokesmodel featured each day. After all 10 girls are featured, I’ll announce the contest and voting details here on the blog. The spokesmodel who receives the most votes will win a special prize (its a secret!). And as an added incentive to vote, I will randomly draw one voter’s name for a Starbucks gift card.
Next up is Faith, a 2011 Senior from Sparkman High School. If you know Faith and would like to schedule a session, be sure to ask her for a card with a special offer. Don’t forget to mention her name when you schedule your session!
I asked each Spokesmodel to tell me which was their favorite image from their spring mini session, and why. And I did a little Q&A with each girl to get to know a little more about all of them. Read on to learn more about Faith …
Q: Which is your favorite image from your spring mini session, and why?
Faith: It’s so hard to pick just one, but I love love love love love the one that you actually have on the first page of your website to get to the main site.
I love the lighting and warmth of the shot, and my personal fave, rather simple! It’s just really pretty to me.![]()

How did you hear about Marla Laramie Photography, and what made you want to be a spokesmodel?
I heard about Marla’s work through 2010 Spokesmodel and close friend Sarah Lackey. I was immediately sold at the sight of the beautiful shots. I was informed of the opportunity, and I wanted to take part in the fun experience and acquire photos that I’d smile at every time.![]()
List 3 random songs on your ipod play list:
Lonely Tonight by Matt Wertz
Gravity by Sara Bareilles
Monument by A Day To Remember
My ideal way to spend a free day is:
On a warm sunny day, I love to dedicate my day by working on my tan with my girls or with my iPod and a good book! Once I’ve had enough of the sun, I like to get dressed up and go out on the town with any of my friends. A relaxing day turned exciting and active is my favorite.
After graduation I can’t wait to:
Take vacations that i’ve had planned with friends and finally see what it’s like to be truly independent. I’m so excited to be in college and meet new people. I’m so pumped to live a different way of life and to see what’s out there to enjoy!
My dream car would be:
Jeep Wrangler
If I had 24 hours to live I would:
Try to spend as much time with each person who has shaped me to be the way I am. I’d remind myself of what I loved about each and every one person. I may even try to be adventurous and try something new!
Last movie you just had to see on opening day:
Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen!![]()
Celebrity crush:
MMMM Shia Labeouf
Three things you could never live without:
iPod
Gladiator sandals
and any of my cameras.
Three things that annoy you without fail:
Sketchy attitudes
Drivers who don’t drive at a constant speed or drivers who pull out in front of you
Worry warts (just live!)
Where do you want to go to college and what will your major be?:
I’m a UT girl at heart. The University of Tennessee at Knoxville feels like home. Right now I’m not too sure of my major. It’s a toss up between History or Photography.
If you had an extra $10K to spend where would you go and what would you buy?
First, I’d pay for my car to be detailed. But I’d most likely go shopping! I might even buy a plane ticket to NYC or another big city to shop in the designer stores. Shoes, dresses, purses, and a floppy hat would definitely be on my list!
Three random things people might not know about you:
I’ve been to more places than I could count. I can watch a movie and see somewhere I’ve been. My friends often quote me saying “Hey, hey, I’ve been there!”
Every item of clothing in my closet is organized by brand and when each piece was bought. When I hang up a shirt, it goes on the same exact hanger it was first put on and in the same spot. Can you say OCD?
I’m obsessed with playing Tiger Woods PGA Tour on PS2.
Describe one or two images that jump out at you as being favorites from the marlalaramie.com site or Facebook:
On your website, the eighth slide (trio of girl in white dress) has to be one of my favorites. I love the simplicity of each picture. It’s so simple, but it boldly expresses her beauty and a sweet nature.
